The U.S. Army has released a document outlining a new agreement made with an organization called the To The Stars Academy of Arts & Science (TTSA) to analyze samples of alien technology.

TTSA is an organization of UFO enthusiasts founded in 2017 by former lead singer and guitarist of the rock band Blink 182, Tom DeLonge.

The agreement says that the U.S. military will study various advanced technologies of allegedly extraterrestrial origin that DeLonge’s organization claims to have in its possession.

The agreement has no money involved, so it is being called the Cooperative Agreement for Research and Development (CRADA). With this, the army is committed to studying what TTSA allegedly has and sharing the results about it.

Also according to the document, the organization has in its possession technologies that include inertial mass reduction, metamaterials, electromagnetic frequencies related to metamaterials, quantum communication and energy propulsion systems.

In addition to the technologies that the army will receive for analysis are some pieces of metal that TTSA scientists claim have “completely unusual properties.”

In all, there are seven pieces of metal composed of an alloy of bismuth, magnesium and zinc, as well as an aluminum piece.

DeLonge claims that these pieces were obtained from a renowned professional in the UFO community, Linda Moulton Howe, known worldwide for her participation in the Ancient Aliens.

According to Howe, these artifacts were acquired from a person who prefers to remain anonymous, but claims that the objects belonged to his grandfather, a military man who was involved in the Roswell case, one of the most famous cases in which a spacecraft would have crashed in 1947 in the city of Roswell, New Mexico.

Linda Moulton assures that the metal fragments have a number of unique properties that do not exist in nature and do not correspond to anything that humans may be able to manufacture.

Tom DeLonge confirms these claims and claims that the objects exhibit unusual thermal resistance and show anti-gravity properties in the presence of certain frequencies of electromagnetic radiation.

The U.S. military has agreed to use its facility to analyze these artifacts, it only remains to be seen if they will discover anything, or have an interest in publicizing their findings.
